"I found house music in 2009 i want to say? At that time (sophmore in high school), I was apart of a youth group, and there were some dudes dancing to house music. It looked weird, but they had style. After a couple weeks, i started to look up house music. Met a homie who was into dancing, and we clicked pretty fast. Another home was into it, and from there i was kinda hooked. We'd all search tracks trying to compete to share the hottest tracks. The sound i was into then, started from electro house, moving towards tech and tribal house. Began to come across latin house but after a few years, wasnt crazy about the house music sound anymore. Years later, i met a home girl at the skate rink whos BEEN into house. She would share mixes, take me to actual house parties, introduce me to DJs. That was 2019, and I've been a fan again since. Began DJing May 2023, and even though i can play beyond house music, its just the genre i love mixing the most. Its just 'THAT GROOVE' if you know what i mean."

Born and raised in Stuttgart Germany he engaged early as a teenage DJ in the Hip Hop culture and gathered strong musical experiences from the black music scene (funk, electro-funk, rap and soul).
Started Dj'ing in school parties and local clubs in Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart while he was still a high school student.
Deeply influenced by the black local DJ's from USA spinning in the area of Stuttgart (Cut master Rob etc.), he mastered advanced turntable techniques and achieved the 3rd position in the official DMC Greece.
During his university years he founded the BASEMENT parties together with friends and introduced the original New York and Chicago house sound to the city of Heraklion and island of Crete.
His DJ mixes on Mixcloud.com are positioned among the top 3 positions for #house and #deep house in Greece and the top 5 in the #Global Chicago House chart.
DJ EFUNK made recently (24/3/23) his debut as a producer with the track "Music in the night" together with the talented electronic music producer EMANUEL.
